The ROC meeting covered the handover to Sam Forth as the new estate manager, ongoing rat issues across the Walled Garden, Scholars Row and other areas, and the installation of bait stations with follow-up signage/communications about rat poison and dogs on leads. The committee also discussed how TP1 transgressions are handled, updates on EV charging tariffs, estate regulations, signage proposals, Gardeners Cottages issues including weed control and bike ramps, and a misplaced delivery. A significant part of the meeting focused on the 2026–2027 estate budget, including grounds maintenance contractor options, the proposed communal gym, insurance savings, Madeira Walk pump station ownership, tree replacement and reserve fund contributions.
